Why This Index Exists
Most published chamber prices are either manufacturer marketing, out of date, or estimates with no source. This index only records prices we saw on a live page, with the URL and date attached to each row. We will re-run the sweep periodically so the index tracks how the market moves. If you want the full context on what drives these prices, start with our hyperbaric chamber cost guide and the buying hub.
Soft-Shell Home Chambers (New)
Soft-shell chambers cluster between $4,495 and $24,372, all rated 1.3 to 1.4 ATA. The FDA has cleared these devices for acute mountain sickness only; every other use is off-label. Session pricing is tracked separately in our HBOT session cost by state survey.

Personal Hard-Shell Chambers (New)
Hard-shell personal units span $27,450 to $136,100. The top of that range is a single dealer listing for the OxyHealth Fortius 420, which diverges sharply from its used-market value near $35,000, so treat it as an outlier rather than the market rate. See our hard-shell vs soft-shell comparison for what the extra pressure actually buys.

Clinical Monoplace Chambers
Sechrist and Perry Baromedical do not publish new-unit pricing; hospitals get quotes. The used market is the only public price signal, and it looks like this:
| Model | Manufacturer | Max ATA | Price (USD) | Condition | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sigma 34 Monoplace (14 dive cycles) | Perry Baromedical | 3.0 | $49,500 | used | medicalpriceonline.com |

Multiplace Chambers
Only two multiplace systems had public prices in this sweep, so read these as examples rather than a market median. Installed hospital systems typically run far higher once site work is included; our multiplace chamber guide covers what installation involves.
| Model | Manufacturer | Max ATA | Price (USD) | Condition | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HE5000 5-Person Hard | Macy-Pan | 2.0 | $65,100 | new | recovathlete.com |

Used soft and hard chambers listed at roughly 40 to 60 percent of new prices in this sweep, consistent with our used chamber buying guide.
Methodology
We recorded the listed price of every hyperbaric chamber model we could verify on a live US retailer, authorized dealer, manufacturer, or used-equipment marketplace page on July 23, 2026. Quote-only models (Sechrist and Perry new units, AirPod) were excluded rather than estimated. Prices are list prices, not negotiated prices, and exclude delivery, installation, and oxygen equipment unless noted on the source page. Category medians use listing midpoints.
